Our intern positions are for current students and recent graduates at all levels and institutions. interns will be an integral support to the austin sister cities international executive board.

Digital Marketing Internship

Austin Sister Cities International's Internship is a rotational program recommended for students pursuing careers in digital marketing, communications, international business, linguistics and nonprofits. Students pursuing experience for relevant academic credit are encouraged to apply.

Interns will be monitored on a bi monthly basis ( at minimum) with predetermined goals over the course of their internship.

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit work samples supporting their digital marketing skills.

Interns will report to the chapter president and fulfill below listed responsibilities

  • Be proficient in or willing to learn Clickup, Squarespace, Canva and Mailchimp

  • Manage email marketing and social media campaigns

  • Write/edit content

  • Create graphic templates/materials

  • Support communications director

  • Support multiple sister city committees with requests

  • Assist with committee and organizational requests related to programming and community outreach
