French-trained pastry chef Aurélien Decaix and Texas Native, Tala Decaix, met working at a small neighborhood bakery in Washington, D.C. Through a few eclairs, plenty of dropped cakes, and lots of Google Translate, the two created a bond that was forever. Aurélien and Tala relocated to Austin, Texas, to open a French patisserie shop in America.
